1. Returns must be within 7 days of receipt of the ordered merchandise.
2. All Returns must be in original packaging and original shipping boxes.
3. I. Strum Guitars will give store credit to the customer for the original purchase price only.
4. Returns where the packaging has been deemed destroyed will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
5. Please call to receive a Return Order Number. Without a Return Order Number the return will not be accepted.
